In recognition of the achievements of our distinguished Guest of Honor and her colleagues, we are presenting Sarah O’Dowd and the Legal Department of Lam Research with the leading global honor for General Counsel and Law Departments. Lam Research is a leading provider of innovative technology and productivity solutions to the semiconductor industry.  Her address will focus on key issues in corporate governance facing the General Counsel of an international technology corporation.  Karen Todd, Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer, Directors Roundtable will moderate the program.
