General Counsel are more important than ever in history.  Boards of Directors look increasingly to them to enhance financial and business strategy, compliance, and integrity of corporate operations. In recognition of the achievements of our distinguished Guest of Honor and her colleagues, we are presenting Carolyn Herzog and the Legal Department of Arm with the leading global honor for General Counsel and Law Departments.  Arm Holdings (Arm) is a multinational semiconductor and software design company, providing solutions for AI, IoT, and security.

Her address will focus on key issues facing the General Counsel of an international technology corporation.  The panelists’ additional topics include mergers & acquisitions; technology & innovation;  UK/EU digital tax proposals; national security & CFIUS; and intellectual property.  Karen Todd, Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Directors Roundtable Institute will moderate the program.  The transcript of this event will be made available worldwide in electronic copy.
