Agenda

The Distinguished Speakers will discuss the SEC’s current views regarding enforcement priorities and disclosure issues. Topics will include corporate governance and compliance expectations; whistleblowers; insider trading; individual accountability for corporate wrongdoing; and implications for internal corporate investigations. The Distinguished Speakers will also discuss audit committee best practices and proactive steps that companies and their Boards should take to address these key issues.
