In recognition of our distinguished Guest of Honor’s personal accomplishments in her career and her leadership in the profession, we are honoring Kristine Delkus, General Counsel of TransCanada with the leading global honor for General Counsel.

 TransCanada is a leader in the development and operation of North American energy infrastructure including natural gas and liquids pipelines, power generation, and gas storage facilities. In addition to its existing portfolio of $46 billion in assets, TransCanada has in development an additional $22 billion in proposed projects, including the proposed Keystone XL and Energy East oil pipeline projects. Her address will focus on key issues facing the General Counsel of an energy infrastructure corporation. The additional topics include responsible development and reliable operations; economics of competing forms of energy; infrastructure and energy regulation; international mergers and acquisitions; and energy capital markets.
