Agenda

A heightened SEC focus on issues like trading plans; vigorous insider trading enforcement; and new rules governing companies’ uses of social media to communicate with the investing public will be among the topics explored by the SEC and other Distinguished Speakers. The topics will also include the decline in private securities class actions; the increasing significance (at least in terms of legal costs) of derivative actions; the rise of FCPA claims; and an analysis of key D&O insurance issues for public companies and their Boards of Directors.
