The SEC has the leading role regarding corporate governance at the Federal level and the Delaware Judiciary at the State level. Distinguished leaders of both institutions will join in a unique dialogue. They will be joined by leading authorities from the private sector who will speak regarding securities litigation; Directors & Officers insurance; executive and director search; proxy contests; accounting, disclosure, and internal controls; and recent developments in SEC and Delaware law. The Directors Roundtable is a civic group headquartered in the United States which organizes worldwide programming for directors and their advisors.
