Congressman Michael Oxley co-authored the historic Sarbanes-Oxley Act. He is Chairman of the House Committee on Financial Institutions, which legislates for the securities, banking, and insurance industries.
The Directors Roundtable is a civic group headquartered in the United States which organizes the preeminent worldwide programming for directors and their advisors. He will address the impact that the Sarbanes-Oxley Act has had on corporate governance and key legislative proposals now before his committee. Congressman Oxley will take questions and dialogue with the audience.
