There is no fee to attend and continental breakfast will be served. 2.5 hour of CLE credits will be provided. This distinguished panel will share their expertise regarding the defense of financial institutions and will also explore the international regulatory environment, including the increase in anti-corruption enforcement; the latest developments in FCPA investigations; and what corporate leadership can do to protect their company.
Attendees will earn 2.5 hours of New York State CLE credit in the practice category. Credit will be granted by program co-sponsor and participant Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, a New York State Accredited Provider. Credit is available to both newly admitted and experienced attorneys.
