This seminar will cover the healthcare regulatory aspects of the new law, changes in accounting procedures that will impact providers and other health care entities, and the ways in which changes in the new law will affect clinical practice and the use of health care technology. Among other subjects, the Distinguished Speakers will cover new payment and delivery systems, amendments to enforcement rules for fraud and abuse, valuation of practices in purchase transactions, and the use of electronic medical data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
