The new federal health care reform legislation creates unprecedented opportunities, challenging issues, and tremendous complexities for every sector of the health care industry. This program will begin with a broad overview of the key issues. The Distinguished Speakers will then focus on the following important topics:

• New ideas designed to expand access, lower cost and improve quality – accountable care organizations, focus on prevention, new payment methodologies and exchanges
• Initiatives aimed to combat fraud, waste, and abuse and enhance compliance
• Implications for key industry sectors

A discussion with the audience will conclude the program.
