With a weak economy and the Administration’s new policies, there are significant regulatory, enforcement, and litigation challenges that Directors must address. The Distinguished Speakers will discuss the domestic and international scope of financial reporting; how accountants are changing governance; private securities litigation; and SEC and Dept. of Justice enforcement. Topics will include what’s new at the SEC/DOJ, what priorities are in focus for regulators, what investigation issues are being brought before board members, and what litigation trends Directors need to know. Distinguished Speakers from government and the private sector will analyze what companies and their Boards should do now to address these key issues.

The Directors Roundtable Institute is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3)organization which organizes worldwide programming for Directors and their advisors.
