RE: CORPORATE BOARD & GENERAL COUNSEL EVENTS

The Directors Roundtable is a civic group which organizes the preeminent worldwide programming for Directors and their advisors. We are organizing a national series of events in major cities beginning in June and extending through the fall. Each topic is of significant interest to Boards of Directors, top executives, and General Counsel.

There will be one law firm and one accounting firm co-hosting each event. The topics of the five series include the following:

• Legal Ethics & Personal Liability of In-House Counsel

• Privacy Issues Facing Boards of Directors
(Healthcare, Financial Institutions, Customers, Employees, Internet, Government Regulations & Enforcement, Class Actions, etc.)

We invite your firm to co-host and speak at one or more of these events. We will extend invitations based on our list totaling one million, which includes 50,000 directors of New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ companies; 20,000 CEOs and CFOs; entrepreneurs; 70,000 in-house corporate counsel; and other leaders.
