Agenda

It is no secret: proxy access and activism are grabbing the media spotlight and gaining momentum.  What does that mean for companies, boards, and shareholders?  As proxy season and other recent corporate governance developments have highlighted, companies need a thoughtful and proactive approach on how they structure engagement between their shareholders and their board of directors for the optimal outcome.  These Distinguished Speakers will discuss increased demands on Boards and executives, and offer a proactive framework for successful board-shareholder engagement.

NIRI (SF) is the San Francisco Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute, the largest organization of investor relations professionals.
