The Distinguished Speakers will discuss SEC and U.S. Attorney’s Office current views regarding enforcement and disclosure issues; and how they coordinate in civil and criminal cases. Topics will include compliance; internal corporate investigations; whistleblowers; insider trading; audit committee best practices; shareholder activism; governance; white collar defense; and the personal liability of Directors & Officers. The Distinguished Speakers will also analyze what actions companies and their Boards should take to address these key issues.
The Directors Roundtable Institute is a not-for-profit which organizes worldwide programming for Directors and their advisors.
Directors Roundtable is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider. This activity has been approved for 2.0 hours of general MCLE credit.
